Candace Hitchcock Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2021, Candace Hitchcock (Chatham, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy and Steven; her brothers, Guy and Garth; her aunt Elvira (George); and her uncles, Arnold (Winnie), Elmer (Betty) and Harry.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Hitchcock; her children, Steven Tetrault (Sarah) and Brie Pawlak (Kevin); her grandchildren, Chloe and Alia Tetrault; her mother-in-law Rita; her aunt Cathy Hickling (Harry); and her friends, Marlene Hendrie, Barb Jaruga, Collectively and Candy.
As we are in the midst of a pandemic and following Candy's wishes there will not be a funeral service, but a private family interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in memory of Candy can be made to Canadian Nurses Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or an organization of your choice.
