It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Jouwsma (Chatham, Ontario), born in Pain Court, Ontario, who passed away on March 20, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley James and Marie James (Barnier); and her children, April Jouwsma and Michael Jouwsma. She is survived by: her husband John Jouwsma; her daughter Margaret Stuckey; her granddaughter Jessica Levesque (Mike); her great grandchildren, John, Matthew and Benjamin Levesque; and her siblings, Cora Ball, Ruby Preston, Shirley Zruna and Clayton James. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
