She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Rose Bloom; her nephew Jeremy Vander Paelt; and her parents-in-law, Carolyn and John Smith. She is survived by: her father John Bloom; her husband Mark Smith; her daughters, Jennifer Krissak (Matt) and Ashley Smith; her siblings, Kim Neto (Joe), Carolyn Wilson (Dan) and Robert Bloom; and her siblings-in-law, David Smith, Mike Smith (Carol), Alexis Ziebula (Ralf) and Andrea Friedman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
