She is survived by: her parent Grace Chase (Thompson); her significant other Susan Ward; her child Cornell Chase; her stepchildren, Heather Blakey and Christine Blakey; her siblings, Carey Chase and Joanne Dupuis; and her siblings-in-law, Lisa Bell, Grace Anne Chase, Chance Chase and Christopher Zigler.
