Cheri-Lynn was predeceased by: parent Calvin Simmonds. Cheri-Lynn is survived by: parent June Simmonds (Osborne) of Chatham; siblings, Mona Gagnier, Leanne Clairmont (Ken) and Vince Simmonds; and nieces and nephews, Cassandra Simmonds (Kyle Malley), Amanda, Tristan, Steven, Sophia, Ashley and Bailey. Cheri-Lynn is also survived by nieces and by many aunts and uncles.

Donations to the Maple City Residence Club, Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lupus Foundation would be appreciated.
