She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Anakin and Carolyn Anakin (Guyitt). She is survived by: her children, Madelyn (Austin Detailleur) and Benjamin.

“TO THE FAMILY OF CHERIE MY SINCERE CONDOLENCES. I ACTUALLY WORKED WITH YOUR GRANDMA AT THE ROYAL BANK AND GOT HER POSITION OF CURRENT ACCOUNT MANAGER DUE TO THE BIRTH OF CHERIE. GRANDMA CAROLYN RETURNED TO WORK AND I RETIRED EARLY FROM THAT POISTION. I DID HAVE FINANCIAL BUSINESS WITH CHERIE AND RECEIVED VERY GOOD SOUND ADVICE. WE RECENTLY GOT TOGETHER IN DECEMBER AT A ROYAL BANK RETIREE LUNCHEON AND WAS SO GLAD TO HAVE HAD THAT REUNION. A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMAN AND SHE IS MISSED. RUTH HOWE”
