He was predeceased by: his parents, William Browne and Clara Browne; his wife Kathleen; and his sister Maureen. He is survived by: his children, Nicole Lucier (Brian) of Grande Pointe and Kim Blackmore (Mark) of Port Elgin; and his siblings, Cas (Debbie), Terry (Minnie), Tony (Cynthia), Ron (Diane), Billy (late Kathleen), Catherine (John), Philip (Kim) and Brendan (Sherri). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
