He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Blommestyn (Joe) and Dorothy Blommestyn; and his sister Janet Blommestyn. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Rush, Ron Rush (Coral), Mark Rush (Camille) and Paul Blommestyn (Denise). He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
