He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel and Benn; his children, Kevin, Jean Ritchie, Brenda Jackson, Karen Glover and Annette Hunter; his grandsons, Nicholas and Ryan; and his siblings, Gary, Patrick Ritchie, Connie Walruth, Anne Vanatter and Dianne Ritchie.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Foster, Paul Ritchie (Brenda), Judy Wolanski (Frank), Leslie Rulff (Mike) and Brett Hunter (Margaret); and his siblings, Nancy Inculet (Richard), Ted Ritchie and Norman Ritchie (Kim). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
