She was predeceased by: her husband Lou; her daughter Debbie Trudgen (Terry Gordon); and her siblings, Maurita Laprise (Ray), Thomas Orton (Betty) and James Orton (Marilyn).
She is survived by: her children, Leigh Swift (Bob) and Scott (Carol Breton); her grandchildren, Megan Vanderende (Nic), Shelby Gifford (Drew), Katie Carpenter and Emily Ansems (Brian); her great grandchildren, Hailey Vanderende, Abby Vanderende, Myleigh Gifford, Remi Gifford, Xavier Carpenter, Frankie Ansems and Theo Ansems; and her brother Gary Orton (Winnie).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Cora's memory may be made to Chatham Kent Animal Rescue (OSPCA) or Chatham Kent Health Alliance Breast Assessment. Donations are being accepted for: CHATHAM-KENT HEALTH ALLIANCE FOUNDATION (FOUNDATION OF CHATHAM-KENT HEALTH ALLIANCE) PAW PET AND WILDLIFE RESCUE.
