She was predeceased by: her parents, Allan Ford and Joanne Ford. She is survived by: her boyfriend Greg Latford; her siblings, Scott Ford (Sherry Lynn) and Beth Hamelin-Matthews (Drey); her nephews, Mitch Ford (Marci) of Calgary and Cody Ford (Heather) of Edmonton; her cousins, Kenny Broadbent (Kristi) and Kevin Broadbent (Celeste); and her pet Molly. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews, many friends.
The family ask that in lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Crystal be made to either Community Living, Chatham-Kent Hospice or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
