He was predeceased by : his parents, Fredrick Penny and Gertrude Penny; his brothers, Douglas Penny and Ronald Penny; and his great grandchild Ethan Hannon.
He is survived by : his daughter Heather McFadden; his grandchildren, Jeff, Carmen McFadden, Mark and Christina McFadden; and his great grandchildren, Michael Bogaert McFadden, Hannah McFadden and Calvin McFadden.
