He was predeceased by: his parent Earl Horne; and his siblings, Glen, Don, Marlene and Marilyn.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Van Horne; his spouse Marie; his children, Laurie Van Horne, Jeffrey Van Horne (Lucy), James Van Horne (Danni), Morgan Van Horne (Debbie) and Ryan Van Horne (Charlotte); his stepchildren, Gloria Rondot, Miles Falconer (Darlene) and Renata Saunders; and his sibling Allan Van Horne. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
