He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Peckford and Beatrice Curtis; his stepfather William Curtis; and his sibling Norman Peckford (Louise) of Newfoundland. He is survived by: his children, Tanner Newcombe of Chatham, David Lee (Tabatha Smith) of Ridgetown and Crystal Hickmott of Windsor; his grandchildren, Taiho of Jasmine, A. J., Madison, Emily, Kyle, Erica and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Bentlee, Lincon, Nevaeh, Natalia, Grayson, Laila, Rosie and Lincoln; his siblings, Bruce Peckford (Irene) of Newfoundland, Gertie Boone (Albert) of Newfoundland, Blanche Sutherland (Dan) of Newfoundland, Bonnie Lalumiere (late Marcel) of Chatham, Tina Charron (Randy) of Morpeth, Stephen Curtis (Jackie) of Newfoundland, Frank Curtis (Kim) of Chatham and Tony Curtis of Chatham; and also Jim Marshall (Beverley) of Chatham.
