He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Maryann. He is survived by: his spouse Antje Klaver (Ann); his friend Tina Stienstra; his siblings, Jack Vyn (Ann) of Chatham, Willie Zwier of Holland and Reina Hoekstra of Holland; and his children, Tony (Cathy), Harold (Ida), Anita Smids, Martin (Ingrid), Jake (Grace), Richard (Tanya) and Stewart (Marsha). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
