He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Howard and Dorothy Howard; his wife Muriel (Wills); his sister Frances Howard; and his close friend Evelyn Reeve.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Young (Bob) and Chris Howard (Bev); and his grandchildren, Allison, Kelly, Jodie, Barb, Grampa Don, Jacob and Cameron.
