She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Foster and Fennell Foster (Webster); her husband Jack Cowell; her son J. Paul Cowell (Lu-Anne); her grandchild Bailey; and her siblings, Allan "Bud" Foster, Murray Foster, Marion Quick, Fred Foster, Earl Foster, Ruth Foster and Larry Foster.

She is survived by: her children, Judy Cowell (Louis VanderLinden), Brent Cowell, Dale Cowell (Penny) and Douglas Cowell (Renée); her grandchildren, Stephen, Shannon, Christopher, Kirby, Aaron, Leaelle, Jack, Cole, Brandon, Brooklyn and Brady; and her sisters, Joy Mellow and Janice Harris. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
