He was predeceased by: his mother Verna Simmons (Ladd); his son Sean Simmons; and his sister Cheryl. He is survived by: his father Bernard Simmons; his children, Shannon Turner (Allen), Cory Simmons, Danielle May (Shane), Katie Simmons (Brett) and Nicole Simmons; the mother of his children Joyce Simmons; his siblings, Marcia (late Calvin), Angela (Barry), Carolyn (Shawn), Dale (Kelly), David (Ruth), Anita (Ron), Warren (Gayle) and Calvin (Tina); and his children, Nuaan, Shayle, Aaron and Michael.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Life Transitions Burial and Cremation Service Inc. (397 McNaughton Ave W, Chatham, ON N7L4K4).
