He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Kucera and Elizabeth Kucera; his wife Sylvia Kucera; and his siblings, Adolf and Margaretha Kucera.
He is survived by: his children, Rick, Donna, Lisa, Mike, Lynn and Pat; his grandchildren, Lee, Jana, Logan, Brett (Paige), Jake (Anjali), Cheyanne (Ryan), Riley and Caleb; his great grandchild Zoey; his siblings-in-law, Maryanne and Mike Killby; and his pets, Queenie, Tobi and Yogi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
