She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Henry; her husband John Wesley; her siblings, Orval Timbers, Thomas Timbers, Eva, Ida, Violet, Ada and Blanche; and her friend Charlotte Hawthorne.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Selena Timbers; her sister-in-law Ethelda Timbers of Blenheim; her children, Wayne Middleton (late Lillian) of Strathroy, David Middleton (Joyce) of Merlin, Joan Downes (Arthur) of Toronto and Patricia Dugar of Corona; and her grandchildren, Michael (Nicholle), Vickie, Kristi, David Thurlow (Shelly), Darren (Maria), Keisha Renee, Deidre (David) and Tracey (Philip). She is also survived by her 22 great-grandchildren and by her 16 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Donations in memory of Edna may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation.
