She was predeceased by: her parent Robert Cowling; her wife Alexander Adams; and her sisters, Annie Annand (Tommy) of Scotland and Margaret Gray of Scotland. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Cowling; her daughters, Christine Martin (Gordon Prince) of London and Sandra Charron (William) of Chatham; her niece Joyce Martin-Bruce of Chatham; her nephew Don Martin of Blenheim; her sister Peggy Martin; and her brother-in-law Bill Martin.

Donations in memory of Betty would be gratefully appreciated to St. Paul's Congregational Church or to the Parkinson's Society.
