She was predeceased by: her husband Michal; her siblings, John Kuzmich (Stefania), Walter Kuzmich and Marie Cyganik (Mike); and her parents, Grzegorz Kuzmich and Nadezda Kuzmich.
She is survived by: her children, Roman Gandza and Irene Boundy (Keith); her grandchildren, Brian (Patience), Steven, Kristen (Thomas) and Kaitlyn (Lee); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn and Breanna; and her sister-in-law Anna Kuzmich.
