She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Gardiner (Powell) and Harold Gardiner; her husband Norman Laycraft; and her brothers, Glenn Gardiner (Edith), Max Gardiner (Kaye), Murray Gardiner, John Gardiner (Donelda) and Ross Gardiner.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Bruce, Gordon and Ross; and her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Gardiner and Kathryn Gardiner. She is also survived by 4 nieces and a nephew.
