She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerben Russchen and Margaret Russchen; her brother Larry Russchen; and her siblings-in-law, Lillian Murphy (late Cal) and Marion Pourquoi (late Ken).
She is survived by: her husband Leslie Monk; her children, Helen Bennett (Jamie), David Monk (Cody), Diane Rota (Michael) and Linda Lemon; her grandchildren, Eric Bennett (Megan), Rachel Bennett (Chad), Kaitlyn Rota (Masen), Nick Rota, Michael Lemon and Jason Lemon; her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Miles and Marlee; her brother Murray Russchen (Sonja); and her siblings-in-law, Ann Russchen, Shirley Morrison (late Wilfred), Elsie Morrison (Archie) and Caroline Williams (John). She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
In memory of Fran, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or to New St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Dover.
