He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gladys Sproule of Thamesville and Mike; his wife Karen Sproule; his children, Scott, Patty Sproule of Thamesville, Kim and Brent Daugherty of Dresden; his grandchildren, Jillian Cook (Justin), Janelle Sproule (Kevin), Brett Sproule (Brynn) and Drake Daugherty (Kelsea); his siblings, Janet, Antonio "Tony" Vallecoccia of Milton, Doug, Beth Sproule of Stratford, Jim, Valerie Sproule (late Hugh) of Surrey, B. C. and Jackie Naldrett; and his aunts and uncles, Edith Manning (late Carl) of Mitchell's Bay, Lillian, Jeff Miller (Carl Johnston), Vera and Roy Seymour. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
