He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Sr. and Gladys Robert; and his sister Mary Lou Gow. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Howey; his daughters, Sarah Ritchie (Steve Rossignol), Krista Smith and Kayla Smith; his great grandchild Ashton Ost-Ritchie; his siblings, Rosie Smith, Bev Smith (Kenny Wickwire), Gerald Robert (Tina Thorpe) and Robin Robert (Ken); and his siblings-in-law, Karen Parrish (Steve) and Terry Empey (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
