He was predeceased by: his parents, Geza Biro and Kati Biro; his grandchild Temperance; and his siblings-in-law, Alex Betlehem, Frank Betlehem, Joe Betlehem, Mike Betlehem and Margaret Kadarkuti.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Tammy Paquette (Richard), Erika Kitamura, Anthony Biro (Melissa) and Katherine Biro (Mike); his grandchildren, Jesse, Josh, Kaily, Kristen, Harley, Selena, Maxim, Kingston, Asher, Conary, Davaney, Aubree and Ethan; his siblings, Misi Djerfi and Derrick Valiantson; and his siblings-in-law, Piroska Braun and Mary Gortva (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
