He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Eldridge (Apthorp); his children, Scott (Andrea), Gary, Jeff (Lynn) and Amy Slager (Tom); his grandchildren, Alex (Rachel), Avery, Spencer, Mackenzie, Samara, Madison, Judah, Sydney, Ephraim, Ian, Zachary, Isaiah, Destiny and Jaxon; and his siblings, Larry (late Jan), Charlene Weber (Dave), Janice Taylor, Neil (Jayne), Charles (Kim) and Kevin (Deb).
