He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clark and Hazel Clark. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Debra Latremouille (Robert) and Gary Clark (Lydia); his grandchildren, Anthony Clark (Kimberly), Matthew Clark, Allison Clark, Alexandra Latremouille, Lindsay Lozon (Tim Finn), Amanda Stacey (Diehl), Melanie Zink (Craig), Vonda Samson (Andre) and Jessica Squire (Shawn); and his cousin Ruth Ann Pasley (Jim, family: Eric Johnson). He is also survived by family and by his many friends.
