He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Morton and Doris Morton; his daughter Lynn Anne; and his siblings, Mildred, Margaret, Jean, Honey and Stewart.

He is survived by: his spouse Gerda; his child Michael (Janice) of Orangeville; his grandchildren, Matthew (Danielle), David and Heather (Michael); his great grandchildren, Trevor, Hannah and Emma; his siblings-in-law, Vivian Morton and Donald Graham; and his child Hospice Foundation. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
