He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert New and Margaret New; his sister Jean Bexton (late David); and his brother-in-law Carl Glassford (late Marilyn). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Jeffrey (Shanna) and Jennifer New-Fortuna; and his grandchildren, Emily and Mitchell Fortuna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
