He is survived by: his wife Georgina; his children, Elisabeth Enzlin (Rob) and Gina VandenDool (Mark); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Micah, Samuel, Sarah-Grace, Ariana, Adam, Dale, Jaedon, Jenna, Harry, George (Ann), Ben (Ena), Bill, Nell Barneveld, Corrie, John Speelman, Liz, Art Vrolyk, Claire Velema and Jenny Douma.
