He is survived by: his spouse Marchien Zuidema; his children, Trudy Luiting (Dick), Rob Zuidema (Cathy), Alan Zuidema (Susan), Ed Zuidema (Marlene), Arlene Rintjema (Rob) and Jennifer Zuidema; his siblings, Nick Zuidema (Dianne), Henry Zuidema (Cathy) and Jean Noordam; and his siblings-in-law, Gesina, John Pennings and Gé Koopman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
