She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Burnett and Winnie Burnett; her former husband Arthur Brown; her son Ross Brown; and her siblings, Velma Burnett, Cecil Burnett (Marylou) and Herbert Burnett (Ruby).
She is survived by: her children, Carmon Brown (Debra) of LaSalle, Elaine Brown, Willett of Colchester, Keith Brown (Deborah) of North Buxton, Charlotte Tatsu (Francis) of Wallaceburg and Marilyn Chase (Earl Jr.) of Chatham. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in her honour can be made to Parkinson Canada or North Buxton Community Church Cemetery.
