He is survived by: his wife Ann Leistra; his children, Sharon Sweeney (Tommy), Perry Leistra and Patricia Heyink (Jerry); his grandchildren, Mitch Sweeney, Erica Sweeney (Daniel), Victoria Sweeney (Theo), Brock Leistra (Ericka), Sydney Leistra, Savannah Crane (Chris), Brooke Thomson (Eric), Avery Heyink (Ryan) and Faith Heyink; and his sister Treena Sybersma.
