We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2025, Janet Dorothy Hasson of Chatham, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Janet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McKinlay Funeral Home - Chatham (459 St Clair St, Chatham, ON N7L3K6). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the Maple Leaf Cemetery.
Donations made in memory of Janet to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation or Gregory Drive Alliance Church would be appreciated by the family.
