She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Anderson and Ruby Anderson; her son Wayne Reid; and her sister-in-law Barbara Reid (late William). She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Kathy Reid; her children, Russell Reid (Maria), Dennis Reid (Jackie) and Cathy Roelans (David); her stepchildren, Reade Spence (Sherrie) and Kevin Spence (Joy); her grandchildren, Laurie Laker (Michael), Heather Reid, Matthew Reid (Rachel), Marcus Reid (Shannon), Joshua Reid and Andrew Reid; her great grandchildren, Riley and Robin; and her close friends, Mike, Pauline Currie, Chrissie and Russ Reid.
The Bereavement Authority of Ontario requires that all those attending an event inside a funeral home must wear a mask.
In lieu of flowers, donations to First Presbyterian Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation, in memory of Janet are appreciated.
