We announce the death of Jason James Lawton (Chatham, Ontario), who passed away on August 5, 2026, at the age of 54. Jason will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dowie Lawton and Margaret "Margie" Lawton. He is survived by: his children, Coral Fenner (Jase Yellow Horn), Shelby Leveille (Jacob) and Morgan Lawton; his grandchildren, Liam Leveille and Christina Yellow Horn; his brother Steve Lawton (Janice); his significant other Mandy Bashura; his significant other's children, Brian, Brooke and Brandy; and his close friends, Bo and Luke.
