Jay Brodie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Brodie of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on September 4, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Brodie (Jim) and Joyce Brodie of Chatham; his wife Lynn; his children, Justine Organ (Ryan), Laura Brodie (Brandon Fife) and TJ Brodie (Amber); his parents-in-law, Lorne and Helen Zimmer; his sisters, Jodi Iu (Simon), Jill Gillier (Harold), Julie Markarsky (John) and Janelle Ross (Dave); his parents-in-law, Kevin Zimmer (Brenda), Lori Badder and Lisa Zimmer (David Charbonneau); and his grandchildren, Rylie, Brinley, Zoey, Severn, Dillon, Church and Palmer.

Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider the Dresden Minor Hockey Association, the Lighthouse Foundation, and the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (CKHA).
