She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Grand and Norah Grand; her husband Harold MacFarlane; her son Terry MacFarlane; and her siblings, Clarence, Maurice, Robert, Walter, Ivy, Elsie and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Michael MacFarlane (Joanne) and Donna Holly (Ron); her daughter-in-law Christine MacFarlane (late Terry); her grandchildren, Jason (Sofia), Kristen, Andrea, Lyndsie (Joel), Shannon (Tim), Andrew and Amanda (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Avri, Collin, Landon, Keaton, Harper, Gabby, Alex, Bennett, Cameron of Caralina, J. D. and Lola Jean; and her sister Noreen Sypulski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
In memory of Jean, donations may be made to St. Paul's Congregational Church or to Chatham-Kent Animal Rescue.
