She was predeceased by: her parent George Colley; her brother George Colley; and her spouse John Arthur Shreve Alexander. She is survived by: her parent Cecelia Colley; her children, Lynn Fisher (John) of Rockwood, Pam Selcage (Don), Donna Alexander of Chatham and Spencer Alexander of North Buxton; her grandchildren, Anessa Posliff (Greg), Jennifer Jackson (Shawn), Allyson Markovic (Justin), Owen Shadd, Jessica Phelps (Andy) and Mariah Alexander; and her children, Nolan Posliff, Carson Posliff, Breanne Jackson, Emerson Jackson, Grayson Markovic, Paityn Markovic, Alexis Alexander, Samara Alexander and Cody Beaul.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to St. Andrew's Residence, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 642 or the Buxton National Historic Site and Museum.
