She is survived by: her spouse Darryl Mader; her children, Grant Smith (Barb Carson) and Terry Smith (Linda); her grandchildren, Jennifer Seltzer, Adam Seltzer, Kyle Smith and Kailyn Smith (Matt Dowsett); her great grandchild Jacob Seltzer; and her siblings, Gary Vervacke (Joanne) and Gail Ross.
