We announce the death of Jeffrey Paul Heckler (Chatham, Ontario), who passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 68. Jeffrey will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Harris; his son Joshua Heckler; his in-laws, Raymond and Meda Toulouse; and his brothers-in-law, Daniel Toulouse, Terry Toulouse and Jamie Toulouse.

He is survived by: his wife Debra Heckler (Toulouse); his stepchildren, Jerry Wilson (Danielle), Angela McGlashan (Aron) and Christopher Wilson; his grandsons, Curtis Girard and Blake Wilson; his great grandchildren, Kylie Girard, Scarlett Girard and Kallen Wilson; his sibling Jackie Piche (Steve); his siblings-in-law, Randy Toulouse and Susan Webster; his nieces, Marcie King, Amber Cunningham and Ashley Piccioni; his close friends, Scott Bryson, Ray Brown and Dan Ryan; and his pets, Otis and Cooper. He is also survived by his great nieces, nephews.
