He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Douglas; and his brother Jim Toth. He is survived by: his father John Toth (Shirley Elliot); his daughter Christina Toth; and his siblings, John Toth, Charlene Toth, Cheryl Sterling, Joe Toth (Nicole) and Jerry Toth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
