He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Prince and Erma Prince; his children, Guy Prince (Rebecca), Renee Hartford (Randy) and Brad Steele (Sandee); and his wife Audrey Prince.

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jeral Lumley (Craig), Tyler Hatton (Megan), Guy Jr. Prince (Stephanie), Marcus Prince (Dannielle), Shayne Steele and Spencer Steele; his great grandchildren, Everette Prince, Kyrie Prince, Genesia Hartford-Lumley (Zach), Brooklyn Lumley, Noah Lumley, Parker Hatton and Charleigh Hatton; and his sister Cora Prince (Travis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
