He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruzena Sacher (Hakova) and Jaroslav Sacher; his wife Frances Sacher (Nedved); and his siblings, Helena Flekacova and Ladislav.

He is survived by: his daughters, Jana Korol (John) and Helena Inglis (Scott); his grandchildren, Julie (Doug), Christine (Grant), Audrey (Jordan), Ellen (Ben), Natalie (Adam) and Tommy; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Paige, Sophie, Elliott, Jack, Hugo and Frances.

Donations to St. Peter's Seminary (Student Fund) or The War Amps would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
