He was predeceased by: his parent Blake; and his parent-in-law Don. He is survived by: his parent Rose Hazzard of Chatham; his spouse Carol (Lebert); his children, Sara Hazzard, Matt Hazzard, Jake Hazzard (Charlotte) and Pat Bailey; his grandsons, Braydon Hazzard and Blake Hazzard; his siblings, Deb Ripley, Colleen Buchanan and Barb Charron (Mike Chase); his parent-in-law Grace Lebert; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lebert, Pam Taylor, Liz Lebert, Dennis Lebert and Michelle Shepherd (Jeff). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
