With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Taylor of Chatham, Ontario, who passed away on February 12, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Rule and Marion Rule; her husband Howard "Howie" Taylor; and her sons, James Taylor and Scott Taylor.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Rule (Joanne Goodal); her daughter Judy Vander Pol; her grandchildren, Melissa Opiela (Cass), Michael Taylor (Laura), Heather Vander Pol, Stephanie DeNure (Jarrod) and Allison Giffin (Lee); her great grandchildren, Emily (Adam), Kobi (Meagan), Carson, Adelyn, Emmerson, Wellington, Tennyson, Anderson and Locklan; and her great great grandchild Reese.
In memory of Joanne, donations may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
