He is survived by: his children, John Payne Jr., Stephanie Payne, Allen Payne and Ashley Payne; his grandchildren, Shyann, Alexis, Shylynn, Kyjun, Madison, Jazmine, Maliki, Anthony, Sierra, Jeaden and Jocelyn; his great grandchildren, Greyson, Skylynn and Sianna; and his siblings, Robin, Ida and Clayton.
