He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Lewis and Ella Lewis (McLaren); his brother Murray (Carol); and his brother-in-law Roy Sutherland. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Sutherland); his son Tim (Dawn Lewis) of Chatham; his grandchildren, Carson (Sydney), Zackary (Chelsea), Kailyn (Eden), Emilie (Karter) and Jake (Chelsea); his brothers, Allan (Cheryl Lewis) and Dan (Marsha Lewis); his brother-in-law Ted Sutherland; and his caregiver Mary Card.
